Dropping multiple stakes for the rest of the season, because stakes should not be too aggressive at this stage. Motivational factors start to creep in, and whilst IMO they are vastly overcompensated for and overbet (historically I have done well in may just using raw ratings, which really should not happen if motivation is as important as the market thinks it is), I do not make allowances for them and thus all picks from hereon in until the end of English seasons will be 1pt.

Good luck if you play!
ReplyDeleteCould also be our last weekend of betting in Italy, I saw a 1.57 draw the other day which is the alarm bell that things are going on!
ReplyDeleteHistorically those very short draws in italy do well, but often its best to wait until the off for the best price, since for some reason the layers still want to take them on. When you see a Serie A draw very short the 0-0 is often worth a punt as well if you can get a price that is not comedy. Normally betfair is the only place to really get the bets on on such games.
well, they managed one shot on target between them........what a joke.
ReplyDeleteAre you referring to match fixing? What game was this?
ReplyDeletechievo vs samp. its a "wink draw" rather than a fix - a point really suits both sides at this stage in the season - some would argue its a cultural thing like the incentive payments in spain.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to reserve "match fixing" for results like those detailed on www.howtofixasoccergame.com/blog (his book, the fix, is an excellent read) where a specific score or outcome is "agreed" purely for betting purposes.
